The hotel was clean with excellent services. the staff was nice and provided local information. - the location was particularly good, at a medium distance from An Ping Chenghuan Temple. - Overall, we had a fantastic 4-night stay.

It has peaceful location in East district just next door to a huge shopping mall which houses plenty of restaurants, a temple erected on the foundations of Fort Provintia, a Dutch outpost built in 1653, and restaurants...

The location here is perfect for exploring around, just a stone's throw away from popular attractions and a fantastic shopping center, making it convenient to access everything.

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion and was impressed with the event facilities provided. The conference space and meeting room were well-equipped and met all our needs. The staff was efficient and eager to help, making the event run smoothly.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated space with printing and copying facilities to assist with our meeting preparations.

The wooden structure above the bed gave me a mild feeling of claustrophobia. It was difficult to find all the light switches, and the night staff seemed unfamiliar with the lighting set up.

The beds were uncomfortable, resulting in a backache. The room was noisy with sounds of the city and hallway, making it difficult to sleep.
